| Terms and Conditions ORDERING
To order goods from my online store please click on the product, then add to the basket and when you finished shopping click on the basket. This will enable you to view your basket, change any quantities and remove any goods before proceeding to the checkout. At the checkout just follow the on screen instructions.
DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS To make your payment please use a valid debit or credit card. During the payment process you will be transferred to a secure web site run by World Pay
POSTAGE We aim to process and despatch your order within 2-3 days. Your order will be sent to you by first class mail. Larger and heavier orders will be sent to you by an inland parcel service like Parcel Force. If you request your order by special delivery this will incur additional charges. Postage costs are detailed below:

At the present time we will only be delivering to the United Kingdom.
All transactions will be in pounds sterling.
All our packages leave us in good condition. If on arrival your package is badly damaged you will need to make a claim with parcel service. They may need photographic evidence.
RETURNS
Should you decide not to keep your goods, please return the goods within 14 days for a full refund. It should be returned in a resalable condition. The cost of return is your own responsibility.
RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS
We are very sorry if you receive any goods in a faulty condition. Please return them as soon as possible, where you will be offered a full refund or a replacement.
